I didn’t find out I was pregnant until I was already 8 weeks along — and the moment I saw those two pink lines, I felt a wave of joy… followed closely by overwhelm.

I suddenly had a million questions and very few answers. Every night after work, I’d stay up reading articles, forums, studies — scrolling until 2am, trying to figure out what was best for my body and my baby. And still, I constantly felt like I was missing something.
I wanted to do everything right, but I didn’t know where to start. I didn’t feel empowered — I felt behind.
The Moment Everything Clicked
A year later, after having my baby (almost in the car — yes, really), my sister found out she was pregnant. And in that moment, I knew exactly what I wished someone had handed me back then: a little box of reassurance. Clean, local, nourishing essentials. Thoughtfully chosen. No overwhelm, no guesswork — just a sense of being supported and seen.
And so, Growing You Collective was born — a Canadian-made gift box company created to support mothers-to-be with intentionally curated products that nourish, soothe, and empower.

Every item in our boxes is something I wish I had during those uncertain early days of pregnancy. We partner with small Canadian makers who prioritize clean, safe ingredients — because we believe every mom deserves the very best from the very beginning. The products in The Growing Box were carefully chosen because I personally used each one throughout my own pregnancy. From relaxing Friday night Epsom salt soaks to middle-of-the-night magnesium spray for cramping legs, these are the essentials I truly swear by. I hope they bring you the same comfort, relief, and care that they brought me.
