Returns: Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your box arrives damaged or with the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at growingyoucollective@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this time, we begin preparing your box and cannot guarantee a cancellation.
Final Sale: All gift boxes are final sale unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
