Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your gift box is packed with care, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

CANADIAN ORDERS (DELIVERY TIME: 2–7 BUSINESS DAYS)
We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders over $100 CAD. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping fee of $10 CAD applies.

Once your payment is processed, orders are typically fulfilled within 3 business days. After fulfillment, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on courier timelines. Please note that delivery times may be affected by third-party courier delays.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. We use Canada Post and UPS for all Canadian deliveries.
